Manchester Business NLP and EI Group

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to organisational change based on a model of interpersonal communication. NLP is chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences (especially patterns of thought) underlying them. It seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability, capacity and skill to identify, assess, and work with the emotions of oneself, of others, and of groups.
